2016 Projects Palace in Abu Dhabi

furnished in Abu Dhabi. • This scheme was designed very carefully for one of our repeat customers. This design was made

to be executed precisely with no different outcomes as per every design we create for a project. • The exertion that has been carried out on this palace is as follows:• Work scope: Designed - 2D/3D Gypsum ceiling Walls gypsum panels Furniture, curtains, wallpaper and lightings, Landscape

Palace in Abu Dhabi

2016 ProjectsJBR Penthouse

Work scopes• Total Square Meters: 280 sqm• A penthouse in the heart of Dubai’s Jumeirah Beach Residence. This

particular scheme was carried out and managed by one of our best Project Mangers. Mr. Misbah. One of the major keys for this project was to have the best outcome possible in the time frame given. Time played a major part in this project as our client needed it to be completed within a certain set time frame. Although the work scope on this assignment was huge, never the less the client was promised and reassured that Elite’s main policy and priority is always to have finished a scheme on time.

JBR Penthouse

• With this being said the time frame given was 6 months. Once the design, drawings, BOQ (bill of quantity) and the final set cost of this project was given to the customer, the execution on this penthouse was started. Exertion began in mid November 2015 and is still in the process, on schedule to be accomplished by the end of April 2016. Within the 6 months time frame given, with the best possible outcome. The client’s one word judgment on the penthouse which is still being worked on is… Well let’s just say she’s speechless already.

The full work scope carried out on this project that was fully renovated and Elite fitted out is as follows:
