Life safety is an important issue for all colleges and universities to ensure the protection of students, staff and classroom equipment. Today, the need is even greater to mitigate the risk and potential liability of traditional lock and key systems that do not have audit capability. The average campus manages thou-sands of locks and keys for student housing, laboratories, classrooms and various common areas. Onity’s latest locking solution, the Onity Wireless Lock (OWL), provides a simpli-fied key management system that no longer requires staff to visit each door to rekey locks. It is as simple as deactivating a badge in the locking system.

The OWL provides an integrated cost effective method of securing doors which were once previously cost prohibitive.
