examples: Talk shows podcast interviews with celebrities. Radios also podcast music on their websites.

talking in real-time to other network users from all parts of the world
examples: AIM and Gmail chat
Instant Messaging
an internet forum, or message board, is an online discussion site. It is the modern equivalent of a traditional bulletin board, and a technological evolution of the dialup bulletin board system.

SMS, TEXT MESSAGING SMS/ Text Messaging: Short Message Service, is a
communication service for mobile communication system allowing the interchange of short text messages between mobile telephone devices. SMS text messaging is the most widely use data application on the planet, with 2.4 billion active user’s mobile phone subscribers sending and receiving text messages on their phones.
Examples: Text messaging can be used as an alternative to a phone call. Text messaging can be used to avoid long distance calling. SMS can be used to notify someone quickly when you are unable to talk.
BLOG Blog: Is a web-based journal. Examples: A blog can be used to record
data and finds of an experiment. A blog can also be used just as a journal/ diary to record ones experience or thoughts.
IPHONE iPhone: is a revolutionary phone, a
widescreen iPod, and a breakthrough Internet device with rich HTML email and a desktop-class web browser
Uses: Make phone calls, listen to music, browse internet, use Apple/Microsoft applications, and more
