The tripping time depends on the level of overcurrent. The constant current limit of 1.7 times the rated current enables especially high-capacity loads to be switched on reliably. The circuit breaker has a self-adjusting current limit that prevents the output power from exceeding the 100 VA NEC Class 2 limit. The maximum current for 30 V input voltage is 3.2 A. At 24 V the current is limited to max. 3.8 A.
