A Resolution that the temporary sale and service of alcoholic beverages by Austin Allen and Drag In, LLC d/b/a The Palomino Tavern and Star City Kitchen Bar, in the closed portions of City rights-of-way on East Robinson Avenue between North Mesa Street and North Oregon Street, including the driveway at 2525 North Mesa Street, and the portion of the alley servicing the 2500 block of North Mesa Street terminating at 2501 North Mesa Street, from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on August 10, 2014, is a permissible activity in conjunction with the Robinson Street Party-August, upon issuance of the required permits from the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission and the City of El Paso.
