6.3.1: An Ordinance releasing a condition and amending a condition placed on property by Ordinance No. 014596 which changed the zoning of Lots 3 and 4, Block 2, Medano Heights Subdivision, Replat “A”, City of El Paso, El Paso County, Texas. The penalty is as provided for in Chapter 20.24 of the El Paso City Code. Subject Property: North of Medano Drive and East of Desert North Boulevard. Property Owner: The Housing Authority of the City of El Paso. PZCR13-00005 District 1 6.3.2: An Ordinance changing the zoning of Lots 3 and 4, Block 2, Medano Heights Subdivision, Replat “A”, City of El Paso, El Paso County, Texas from R-5/c (Residential/conditions) to S-D/c (Special Development/conditions). The penalty is as provided for in Chapter 20.24 of the El Paso City Code. Subject Property: North of Medano Drive and East of Desert North Boulevard. Property Owner: The Housing Authority of the City of El Paso. PZRZ13-00012 District 1 6.3.3: An Ordinance approving a detailed site development plan for Lots 3 and 4, Block 2 Medano Heights Subdivision, Replat “A”, City of El Paso, El Paso County, Texas, Pursuant to Section 20.04.150 and 20.10.360. The penalty is as provided for in Chapter 20.24 of the El Paso City Code. Subject Property: North of Medano Drive and East of Desert North Boulevard.
