In order to complete enrollment it is necessary for parents to bring the following information to registration:• Completed Residency Declaration Documents. Residency

information is available for download on the LBUSD website homepage, www.lbusd.org

• Click Our District in the top menu bar, select Information and then Residency Declaration from the left sidebar. Please print and complete the form to bring to Kindergarten/TK Registration.

• Please also bring residency verification documents, student birth certificate and student immunization record– yellow immunization card is preferred

To register for 2015-16 Kindergarten, students must be five years old on or before September 1, 2015. To be eligible for the TK program, students must turn five years old between September 2 and December 2, 2015.

The LBUSD TK class is held on the El Morro Elementary School campus. An evening and a daytime TK Parent Orientation are scheduled at El Morro Elementary School on the dates and times listed below.
