■ 5-7 senior medarbeidere fra ulike operasjonelle avdelinger og 1-2 representanter fra fagforeningene danner evalueringsteamet. Prosesseier Kvalitet leder og administrerer evalueringen sammen med administrativ støtte.
■ Oppgaven er å evaluere bedriften etter EFQM modellens kriteria basert ledelsens dokumentasjon samt egen kjennskap til bedriften.
■ Alle får et 2 dagers “assessor kurs”. Så langt er ekstern lisensiert kursholder benyttet.
■ Grupper på to og to går gjennom alle 9 kriteria og gjør seg opp sin egen vurdering av disse. En halv dag pr. kriterium, Ni løpedager.
■ Konsensus går over to hele dager. Gruppen enes om:● Sterke sider● Områder for forbedring● Score for bedriften
■ Rapporten fra evalueringsteamet brukes som grunnlag for ledelsens egen evaluering.
