    for them

    You have time to greet them and welcome

    them to a great training session.

    OVERCOMING THE ISSUES

    Give sufficient time to people with learningdisabilities to speak for themselves.

    Arrange proper space and sitting when arrangingtraining.

    Explain the purpose of the event and how it fitsinto the consultation and decision making processat the start.

    Information on services produced in small printwith complex sentences should avoid. Language

    must be simple & easy to understand. Encouraged and empowered people in order to

    participate well.

    Always try asking open questions or changing the

    question around to check out the same response.

    OVERCOMING THE ISSUES

    CONTINUEt.

    Unforgiving obscure terminology where you knowin advance that your audience is likely to find itdifficult.

    Use a communication aid such as drawings or

    hand gestures, rather than making them rely onwritten or verbal responses.

    Ensure that adequate time and support isavailable for them and allow them to come backwith their response later if they wish.

    Try to make sure that pre-meeting publicity orcommunications set the scene simply andadequately.

    CONCLUSION

    Training environment should be sound, calmand relaxing that one should understand whathe/she is upto and ready to implement their

    obtained knowledge ones they are back to theirjob.

    The learning issues should be resolved in a waythat helps not even a trainee to understand butalso easy for a trainer to convey or deliver hispresentation.
