Chair duties/initiatives included budget oversight, curriculum development, chairing of several committees, development of two minors (Human Rights and Sustainability Studies), implementation of the new PhD program.

2015-2016: Dr. Stoett is currently directing the development of two MOOCs (Massive Open Online Courses) under the context of formal contracts between the LSRC, Concordia University, Knowledge One, and the UNEP’s Education Division. The first is on The Ecosystem Approach and Systems Thinking; the second is on Nutrient and Wastewater Management. Both involve a high level of coordination between a working team at Concordia (with external members as well), the technical staff at Knowledge One, and staff at UNEP headquarters in Nairobi.
