• Enter the necessary details and select Create Account.

• You will receive a validation code to the provided email ID.

• Enter necessary details, select your relationship with DELL

EMC, click NEXT.

• Enter necessary Organization details, click REVIEW, on the

next page click SUBMIT

• On the final page of account creation, you will receive a

confirmation and also an email confirmation.

Sign in if you already have an account.

Login to view your account details

Scroll cursor over the icon for the dropdown menu to appear

1. You have an active Subscription: View details of balances, expiration dates,

delivery types, availability, etc.

2. My Training: View curse enrollment, progress and completed course transcripts.

Launch or cancel any classes.

3. Learning Path Progress: View your progress as you work through a prescribed

curriculum of courses.

4. My ODLC: If your organization is subscribed to the On-Demand Learning Center

and has provided you membership, you can access through the My Account

dropdown.

5. NEW Preferences: Refer Slide XXX for details on setting your preferences.

6. NEW Activate Orders/View Balance: Activate or view balance details for items

their company has pre-purchased for their sub-organizations

7. NEW Training Credit Balance: View the current training credit balance

available to you.

• View your course enrollments and transcripts of completed courses.

• Courses you have registered for and activated through My Account >> Activate

Orders / View Balance option in the My Account dropdown will be listed on the My

Training page.

• Cancel: Click Cancel to opt out of a course/class and remove from your list of

current courses enrollments in My Training

• Launch: Start/resume training.

• View Progress: Click View Progress to check course completion status and

confirmation that

2. If there is a pre-purchase, there is an option to

select the pre-purchased item or continue with

credits or payment*If the course qualities for a subscription, select Add to Cart

to the cart

4. The cart will update until ready to checkout

A subscription purchase will provide the price of the

training to be applied to the subscription throughout

pages and may require an additional account sign in

How Redeem Training Credits


Training Credit Redemption Process

1. “Login” to:

2. “Sign in” using your company Email and

Password

3. Mouse over the “account icon” on the top-right

of the screen to see your Training Credit

Balance

4. Click “Shop” and search for the course of your

choice.

5. Click “Purchase” with Training Credits

6. Click “Add to Cart”

7. Click “Place Order”

8. Select My Training on top right of the screen to

see details.
