Scroll cursor over the icon for the dropdown menu to appear

1. You have an active Subscription: View details of balances, expiration dates,

delivery types, availability, etc.

2. My Training: View curse enrollment, progress and completed course transcripts.

Launch or cancel any classes.

3. Learning Path Progress: View your progress as you work through a prescribed

curriculum of courses.

4. My ODLC: If your organization is subscribed to the On-Demand Learning Center

and has provided you membership, you can access through the My Account

dropdown.

5. NEW Preferences: Refer Slide XXX for details on setting your preferences.

6. NEW Activate Orders/View Balance: Activate or view balance details for items

2. If there is a pre-purchase, there is an option to

Training Credit Redemption Process

1. “Login” to:

https://education.dellemc.com/content/emc/en-

us/home.html

2. “Sign in” using your company Email and

Password

3. Mouse over the “account icon” on the top-right

of the screen to see your Training Credit

Balance

4. Click “Shop” and search for the course of your

choice.

5. Click “Purchase” with Training Credits

6. Click “Add to Cart”

7. Click “Place Order”

8. Select My Training on top right of the screen to

see details.
