He previously served as Senior Revenue Cycle Manager for Montefiore Medical Center and as a Senior Fraud, Waste, and Abuse Specialist at The TriZetto Group, where he delivered a $1.5M ROI by detecting $15M in questionable charges. Mr. Hearns previously served as a consultant and data administrator for a variety of top firms, including AT&T, Merck, McKinsey & Company, and Johnson & Johnson Hospital Services. His experience includes managing a team of off-shore data infrastructure and program developers and developing a customized penetration testing system for clients in the medico-legal healthcare space.Mr. Hearns is a certified professional coding instructor (CPC-I) and an ICD-10 Approved Trainer via the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC), and is affiliated with the Data Management Association of New York (DAMANY).
