(RECON) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a teaming and exclusive marketing agreement with EcoVac Services, Inc. (ECOVAC). This teaming relationship has been developed so that both RECON and ECOVAC may offer a broader range of cost-effective technology driven environmental remediation solutions to our clients. RECON and ECOVAC’s technologies and in-house research and development (R&D) and treatability facilities are mutually supportive and synergistic in nature, combining to offer solutions to nearly any soil and groundwater challenge that our customers may face. The companies will actively promote and market the broad range of services and capabilities offered under the agreement in a variety of commercial contracting options, including various guaranteed performance models, to suit our clients’ needs.
