RECON announces exclusive marketing agreement with ECOVAC.

Houston, Texas, March 28, 2016 - Remedial Construction Services, L.P. (RECON) is pleased to

announce that it has entered into a teaming and exclusive marketing agreement with EcoVac

Services, Inc. (ECOVAC). This teaming relationship has been developed so that both RECON and
