• In the state of Gujarat 32 Lacs Toilets required to be built as a part of cleanliness

drive.

• Total Approximately 150 to 160 Million Toilets will be required to build in Rural

. and Urban Areas of India.

• A toilet which can be executed in minimum time with Green Technology will be

key to the success of cleanliness drive.

• Yash Associates developed such toilets with green technology with faster

construction for the purpose.

• A toilet in parts can be manufactured in the factory, transported at site and

erected in 4 to 5 hrs. at different locations.

MATERIAL CONTENT• Eco Toilet is made from Green Technology

• Eco-Toilet are made from modular panel of aerated concrete block of various sizes

and thickness

• The base of the toilets are made from 1700 Kg/Cumt. density concrete block in the

factory which help in the stability of the toilet.

• The roof are covered with corrugated sheet or of ACC panels as per

• Doors are of PVC shutter and frames.

• Water connections also can be attached where water sources are available.

• Panels are of 1 mt. to 1.5 mt. length so toilet of 1mt. X 1mt. for

normal public and 1.5mt. x 1.5mt. can be made for Handicap.

• Special Techniques and Materials are used for inter

connection of the panels.

• Eco-Toilets are design to resist fire cyclone and earthquake forces as

per Indian Code of Practice.

• Can be constructed with corrugated roof where water connections

are available from the sources and with the slab which supports

water tank at remote places.

• Modular panels can make possible from 1mt. x 1mt. to 1.5mt. x 1.5mt.

in cluster as per availability of the Site.

• Eco-Toilet is provided with water supply drainage and tile dado upto 1’6”.

• UPVC material are used as Door Frame and Door Shutter for zero

maintenance.

• Eco-Toilets can be erected in 3 to 4 hrs. with the help to 2 to 3 people

with the help of 1.5 ltr to 2 ltr. of water only.

• Minimum life if 15 year

• All test carryout of material and strength of penal and test result are as per

IS standard.

COST & TIME

• Eco-Toilet with corrugated sheet and without water connection can be

executed at site at the cost of approximately Rs. 15,000/- per unit

• Eco – Toilet with ACC panels roof and with water connection can be

executed at site at the cost of approximately Rs. 17,000/- per unit

• 500 Toilet Unit Panels can be manufactured every day in our present

facility which can be expanded multi fold in the same premises or at

difference places as per the requirements.

• 2 to 3 persons can erect single toilet within 3 to 4 hrs.
