PAPER SUBMISSION
Authors are requested to submit online full papers of A4 size in length including title,author's affiliation, full page, figures and references in IEEE format. The material shouldbe the original work of the author which is not published in any other magazine orjournals.
All submissions must have an additional page containing the paper title, author'saffiliation, name of the corresponding author, complete mailing address, telephone,fax no. and e-mail. Please identify one Contact person. On the same page you shouldclearly summarize the novelty of your contribution & indicate the desired technicalareas (Maximum of two). No hard copies will be accepted.
The final acceptance of the full papers for publication in the conference proceedingswill again be intimated by due date after peer reviewed.
Final papers must not exceed six pages including figures, tables and references. Atleast one author of each paper should register and present it in the conference.

INCEMIC CONFERENCEThe Conference will cover the entire scope of electromagnetic compatibility.Prospective authors are invited to submit original papers on their latest researchresults. The conference will provide a forum for academicians, researchers,practitioners and policy makers to participate and discuss the latest research findingsin the areas of Electromagnetic Interference & Compatibility.The objective of the conference is to provide high quality research and professionalinteractions for the advancement of EMI/EMC. Papers with new research results areencouraged for submission. Special symposium and workshop would be conductedwith experts in the respective fields providing an overview as well as in depthdescription of the cutting edge research technologies. The Pre conference Workshopcovers areas of specific interest. Within the framework of an educational scientificprogram, topics are organized to focus on areas of interest for the EMI/EMC community.In addition to invited and solicited presentations from leading researchers fromacademia and research laboratories, the conference technical program is also focusedon the industrial research in the areas of EMI/EMC, Ultra Wideband, High PowerElectro-magnetics, EM Radiation Hazards & Signal Integrity. INCEMIC 2015 includesa technical and commercial exhibit area with booths representing major industries inthe EMI/EMC arena.
INCEMIC WORKSHOPDuring 20 & 21 July 2015 a two day Workshop cum Tutorials on the latest trends inthe field of EMI & EMC will be conducted by expert faculty.The aims & objectives of the workshop are to give hands on practical & design orientedtechnical know how to the participants based on case studies. It will also be a platformwhere the participants will have an indepth exposure to the state of the artcuttingedge technologies designed & developed over the years in EMC Technology. Theworkshop is designed to give a new dimension so as to implement EMC Techniquesin Military & Civilian systems right from the design, development & production stages.
SPEAKER CHANGESOccasionally it is necessary for reasons beyond our control to alter the content andtiming of the program or identity of the speakers.
CANCELLATION AND SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Provided the fee has been paid in full, substitutions at no extra charge canbe made only up to 7 business days before the start of the conference. Cancellationsmust be intimated in writing or by fax, more than 7 days before the conference is to beheld in order to obtain a full credit for any future conference. Cancellations received 7days or less (including the seventh day) prior to the conference will not be credited.SEMCE(I) is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of substitution,alteration, postponement, or cancellation of an event due to causes beyond its control.
