The airport transfer number is active outside of office hours whenever EC is expecting a student who has booked an airport transfer. Airport transfer number: +1 416 209 8331. Students who have not booked airport transfer should contact their homestay or residence directly if their flight is delayed. There are a variety of inexpensive and reliable alternatives to get from the airport to the student's destination. These options are are not arranged by the school. Students are expected to arrive at school at 8:30am on theirfirst morning. They should bring the following to school withthem on the first day:

passporthealth insurance policyLetter of AcceptanceStudy Permit if requiredfunds for payment of any outstanding feesproof of health insurance (for the entire length ofprogramme)

11:00 Welcome coffee and treats

13:50 First Lesson (24/30 lessons only)

On their first day all students will receive a welcome pack,thiswill contain:

student information guidehomestay informationa map of the transit system for the citya copy of the activity and excursion calendar

Once students arrive at the school, they are evaluated so thatwe can place them in the appropriate level.

On first day, students have the evaluation, registration, andinformation session about school services, as well as a guidedwalking tour of the school surroundings.

It takes approximately 3 to 4 hours to complete all the steps ofregistration on the first day. In the months of July throughSeptember, it may take longer.

24 Lessons and 30 Lessons students begin their classes as of13:50 on the first day. 20 Lessons students begin their classes at09:00 on the next day.
