Revolutionary technology

mp2 louvres have been designed with a unique hingingmechanism which provides one of the tightest seals ofany window.The fittings provide a secure mechanical interlock of thewindow in the closed position and can withstand extremewind and weather conditions. Testing has shown that themp2 louvre windows rival conventional window andcurtain wall systems in terms of water tightness, airtightness, wind load and soundproofing.

The seals on the mp2 louvre feature mouldedcorners to ensure the highest possibleresistance to water penetration, air infiltrationand sound transfer.

Locking Mechanism

The mp2 operating mechanism incorporates aunique mechanical lock, securing the louvreblades against the high wind forces experiencedon high rise and other applications.

Removable Inspection Cover

The mp2 louvre has been designed with aremovable inner cover to provide access forease of maintenance and installation.

To achieve such high performance values,manufacturing tolerances in the louvre and glassproduction are critical (0.5mm tolerance).

The framed version of the mp2has been designed to simplifythe glass procurement allowingany 32mm IGU to be installedinto a prefabricated surroundframe (glass holder). This systemhas been NATA certified (AS2047)to 1000Pa Water Penetration.
