Demo and Dine ClassesThe chef does the cooking, making all the recipes in real time with your help. You taste the food as it is prepared, off ering you an opportunity to enjoy the entertainment of a cookery demonstration & ask questions as we go.

Hands On ClassesThese are interactive classes where you’ll prep and cook alongside our chef so that you can start reproducing the magic at home in your own kitchen. The best dishes are awarded Chef’s Golden Spoon Award... Lund Style.

Your day will commence at 9:30 am when, after coff ee and team briefi ng, you will get to work with your own chef. After a “quick lunch”, you’ll be back to your station during service to see how the kitchen really ticks... and of course you’ll be working the line!!

You can fi nish around 2:00 pm with a beer or wine fl ites in the bar while we debrief and take a team picture. Or, for the real chef experience, feel free to come back and work the evening shift.
