FOODIVERSITÀAt Eataly, we believe that the more you know, the more you enjoy. Good eating is all about engagement and education, so we want you to know our food, our chefs, and the producers

who inspire us.

Enter: Foodiversità, our food “university.” Open to all ages, it is a place where you are encouraged to play with your food through live demonstrations and tastings around a kitchen table. Learn to make pasta by hand, sip on the famed wines of Toscana, or taste the difference between Parmigiano Reggiano

and Grana Padano.

SCHOOL FIELD TRIPS We’re happy to offer education for our next generation. Whether it is your first time to Eataly, or you simply want to learn more about us, we invite you to join us on a walking tour of Eataly NYC Downtown. During your tour, you’ll learn about our Italian heritage and products, and even taste some items along the way!

• All tours and demonstrations are free of charge for schools.

• 20-30 minute tour with a 30-40 minute demonstration of your choice from pages 4-9. Formaggi Regionali is not available for school field trips.

• Field trips must be booked at least one week in advance.

Ryan Gormley has had the pleasure of being a part of Eataly’s Foodiversità since November of 2016. His passion for Italian food and culture is rooted in his Calabrian heritage which blossomed when he studied abroad in Reggio Calabria. During his time abroad, he helped launch a food truck in Milano and worked as an apprentice at the American Pavilion at EXPO Milano during the Summer of 2015. Ryan is thrilled to be able to share his love of Italian food, drink, tradition, and culture to all visiting guests at Foodiversità.
