Whether it's sporting pursuits, classes and clubs, learning opportunities, trips to the cinema or a picnic in the park, we've got something for everyone. Action PackedWe’ve something different for you this Easter! We are offering unique, fun-filled activitycamps. You get the chance to take part in canoeing, kayaking, biking and there is also a fullprogramme of sports activities to try too, badminton, basketball, team challenges and much more.

Parents —to make things easier you can drop the kids off at 8.30am and pick them up at 5.30pm

General Information:

Please make sure you bring your own packed lunch, snacks and water for the day.

Be prepared for getting wet so please bring an appropriate (full) change of clothes and a towel.

A consent form will need to be completed before participating in any of the activities. This willeither be posted to you and must be returned before the camp or it can to be completed on thefirst day of the camp.

Multi Sport CampIn partnership with Tryst Community Sports Hub

The Tryst Community Sports Club based at Larbert High School is regarded asa leading example of community sports delivery in Scotland.

Playing host to 13 top quality sports clubs and over 400 junior members the club offers the verybest environment available for young people to become involved in sport.

The multi-sport camp will offer young people the chance to take part in a huge variety of sportsand activities delivered by some of the finest coaches in the country.

Sports on offer will include Tennis, Golf, Cheerleading, Rock-It-Ball, Basketball, Dance, TableTennis, Water Polo, Gymnastics, Hockey, Cricket, Rugby.

Individual days can be booked at a cost of £10 per day.

Please bring a packed lunch and water for the day.

All sports coaches will be Disclosure Scotlandchecked. Parents must be responsible for thesafe arrival and collection of their children. Pleaseensure your child brings any medication theyneed and inform the Coordinator. Photographsmay be taken for promotional activities. If youhave any objections to your child beingphotographed, please inform us during thebooking process. If an activity is cancelled for anyreason, where possible an alternative will beoffered. If there is no suitable alternative then arefund will be given.

Grangemouth Stadium presents the Children'sAthletic's StarTrack Festival for ages 5 – 14. This programme provides exciting opportunitiesfor children to take part in athletics and learn the basic FUNdamentals, as developed by British Gymnastics (you can read more about the FUNdamentals at:www.british-gymnastics.org/fundamentals/develop), and hone these skills through variousgames and events.

5-8 yearsOur 5-8 year old group is introduced to allathletics disciplines through fun skill sessionsand games. They are taught the basicfundamentals of running, jumping and throwingwhich are techniques vital in most other sports.

9-14 yearsOur 9-14 year olds experience more advancedskills and technique sessions, with theintroduction of visiting VIP athletes and coachesto give them a better understanding of what ittakes to be a high level athlete.

Sprints, hurdling, shot putt, javelin, discus, pole vault, long jump, high jump, relay races and fun games!

On all full day courses participants are outside all day and must have a complete change ofclothing, towel, packed lunch and drinks. TheOutdoor Base will supply all specialist equipment.If you are taking part in water based activitiesplease bring along an additional pair of oldtrainers that you wonʼt mind getting wet.
