Eagles Nest Golf Club Bunker Renovation We are pleased to welcome you back to another season at Eagles Nest Golf Club! Our goal is to continuously improve our customer experience. With that goal in mind, we began a bunker renovation program in November 2020. The project will include removing a number of sod wall bunkers, condensing/re-shaping existing bunker structures, restoring waste areas, replacing existing sand, and improving the overall playability of the bunkers and waste areas throughout the course. These renovations were carefully crafted by the original course designer, Doug Carrick, to maintain the integrity of the original course design, improve the pace of play, and enhance the overall golfing experience for guests of all abilities. The bunker renovation project will continue through the 2021 season with work anticipated to be completed by the end of September 2021. To facilitate the bunker work, the par five 17 th hole will be converted into two distinct holes (17A & 17B). 17A will become a long par three with a temporary green, and 17B will become a medium length par four utilizing the existing green complex. Renovations will begin at the first hole and will move through the course in a consecutive fashion throughout the season. To minimize disruption to the golfer experience, one hole at a time will be temporarily out of play, however with the addition of holes 17A & 17B there will always be 18 holes available for play. For any temporarily closed holes we ask our guests to follow signage, skip the hole being worked on, and proceed to the next tee deck. While we understand this may cause some inconvenience to our guests, we feel the improvements to the course will continue to ensure the first-class golfing experience our guests are accustomed to. Our anticipated opening day is currently scheduled for Friday, May 7, 2021 and we look forward to another great season. Included herein is the Bunker Renovation Master Plan, hole 17 temporary layout, and hole 17 redesign. P:\Sales\Clerical\Letters\2021_04_05 Bunker Renovation Letter 2021.docx

Eagles Nest Golf Club Bunker Renovation

We are pleased to welcome you back to another season at Eagles Nest Golf Club! Our goal is to

continuously improve our customer experience. With that goal in mind, we began a bunker

renovation program in November 2020.

The project will include removing a number of sod wall bunkers, condensing/re-shaping existing

bunker structures, restoring waste areas, replacing existing sand, and improving the overall

playability of the bunkers and waste areas throughout the course. These renovations were

carefully crafted by the original course designer, Doug Carrick, to maintain the integrity of the

original course design, improve the pace of play, and enhance the overall golfing experience for

guests of all abilities.

The bunker renovation project will continue through the 2021 season with work anticipated to be

completed by the end of September 2021. To facilitate the bunker work, the par five 17th hole

will be converted into two distinct holes (17A & 17B). 17A will become a long par three with a

temporary green, and 17B will become a medium length par four utilizing the existing green

complex. Renovations will begin at the first hole and will move through the course in a

consecutive fashion throughout the season. To minimize disruption to the golfer experience, one

hole at a time will be temporarily out of play, however with the addition of holes 17A & 17B

there will always be 18 holes available for play. For any temporarily closed holes we ask our

guests to follow signage, skip the hole being worked on, and proceed to the next tee deck.

While we understand this may cause some inconvenience to our guests, we feel the

improvements to the course will continue to ensure the first-class golfing experience our guests

are accustomed to.

Our anticipated opening day is currently scheduled for Friday, May 7, 2021 and we look forward

to another great season.

Included herein is the Bunker Renovation Master Plan, hole 17 temporary layout, and hole 17

redesign.
