The undersigned is directed to refer to this Departments OM No 130111222005 dated 10042008 and Ministry ofRome Affairs OMs NoT-1201S022015-IPSIV dated 08022016 and 16032016 on the subject In this regard Competent Authority has approved followingshy

If during the course of outsider allocation there arises asituation ~- r _ wherein vacancy in a particular category and in a particular cadre cannot - Y) - be filled because of the fact that all the candidates available at the time

candidates in the order of STSCOBClUnreserved (excluding the category under consideration) who could not be allocated to the cadre under consideration at ihe time ofoutsider allocation despite giving a higher preference for the same for want of vacancy in that category and cadre

This shall be done by bringing the vacancy of the category of the incoming officer from the cadre where he was initially allocated to the outsider quota of the cadre where no eligible outsider candidates are available for allocation against the outsider vacancy and shifting the outsider vacancy of the category from this cadre to the cadre of the incoming candidate

and pool together all the cadres Clllocated to candidates of this category
