They currently offer a number of products & services including:
• Football Club• Holiday Camps• Adult Sports & Recreation • Corporate Sports Department
They have 4 Facebook pages and 1 Instagram and LinkedIn at present as well as an inactive YouTube Channel.
Overview Continued
• The Football Club Facebook page is very active with some nice engaging content.
• It acts a resource for existing members however rather than driving new customers.
• The E-Sports Holiday Camp page is newly created with only 137 likes.
• Facilities & Events page has been inactive since December 2014 and has over 370 likes.
• Inactive YouTube Channel, with last video uploaded over 1 year ago.
• Instagram is active with 147 Followers and Focus is also on the Football Club.
Strategy – Football Club
• Continue using engaging content regarding results, league positions and birthday.
• Build a Facebook App to target other parents in Dubai by offering promotions, example Register for your FREE assessment! Download Coupon to redeem.
• Filter and use existing Database to target people to build the Facebook Audience and increase awareness.
• Create a look-a-like audience based on your existing customers.
• Run cross promotions for Holiday Camps• Offer Special Early Bird Price for Football

strategy.• Weekly “Skill of The Week” Tutorials

• Continue to grow page audience.• Target existing database with promotion on
Facebook.• Create a look-a-like audience to target.• Run location based adverts, promoting camps &
targeting parents in Mirdiff for example.• Run competitions on Facebook to increase
awareness.• Facebook App to download voucher and gather
data.• Introduce activities, coaches in the build up to
camps.• Keep content consistant during the year.

• We will use an allocated budget each month to market to your target audience on Social Media.
• We will also use your existing database to target them for awareness campaigns and in addition create a look a like audience based on your previous customers to target potential new clients.
• Build custom built Facebook Apps to capture data and promote special offers to end
users.
Create Brand Ambassadors
• The key to the success of each campaign is creating personal and emotional connections with the right influencers
• We would recommended creating a top target list of those individuals who are going to be key to the success of the brand and inviting them in to experience the services for themselves
• Bloggers/influencers love being asked for their opinion and engaging them from the outset of a new campaign will help to encourage them to become loyal brand advocates going forward.
