A futuristic structure now envelops the house where Enzo Ferrari was born. Within it, amidst the most important cars of his life, we can experience Enzo as driver and creator of the Scuderia in the 1930s and as a builder from 1947. This story is also told by a spectacular video that surrounds visitors on all sides and places Enzo Ferrari in different eras, among drivers, car models and well-known personalities. Since February 2019, some of the most elegant cars in the history of Ferrari – cars which have shaped the aesthetics of the eras they inhabited – have been on display at the Enzo Ferrari Museum in Modena. Here, the emotions evoked by Ferrari are brought to life, in a web of continuous cross-references and mutual influences which include design icons and legends of music and cinema, a magnificent example of how a car can become a symbol of eternal and universal beauty. A collection of rare jewels is just waiting to be discovered in the “Timeless Masterpieces” exhibition.And now, this plunge into a sea of emotions is now further enhanced by a photo gallery in the Museum of Ferrari Engine (housed in the perfectly restored warehouse where Enzo’s father once worked), which features a selection of images depicting Enzo Ferrari during the various phases of his life, alongside some of the unforgettable champions of the motor racing world, including Nuvolari, Castellotti and Villeneuve. A fragment of history within history, which emphasises the uniqueness of Ferrari.

The Ferrari Museum in Maranello introduces visitors to the world of Ferrari of today and tomorrow. A world with deep roots in a glorious past. It also offers an in-depth experience of the dream of the world’s most powerful brand.

Indeed, the ‘Passion and Legend exhibition is the extraordinary story of Enzo Ferrari and his company, recounted through cars and images that testify to almost a century of unconditional love for the automobile, understood as a perfect synthesis of technological innovation, elegance and exclusivity.

Enzo Ferrari used to personally try every car produced at Maranello, but not all of them became part of his daily life. The exhibition ‘Driven by Enzo’ shows the models driven by Enzo in his daily activities, for which he particularly loved four-seater cars due to their combination of comfort and sportiness. He first fell head over heels in love with the 250 GT 2+2 in 1960 and remained so for the rest of his life. Even when, in 1969, he decided to have a driver, the latter remained above all a luxury passenger and travel companion of a man who always identified as a driver.
