PAYMENTOrders must be paid for in full prior to the start of production.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONSDylan’s Candy Bar does not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations on any custom corporate orders once

payment has been processed. If adding to an order that is already produced but not shipped, a new purchase

order is required. The additional pieces will be produced based on the current production schedule and pricing

for that quantity.

PRODUCTION & SHIPPING TIMEProduction and shipping time varies based on product type and quantity.

RUSH SERVICERush service is available on most products with an additional charge.

CLAIMS & RETURNSClaims must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. All claims for goods damaged in transit must be

made with the carrier.

SHIPPING TERMSDylan’s Candy Bar will ship according to instructions on purchase order. If shipping instructions are not specifi ed,

orders will be shipped at our discretion to ensure best quality. Some items ship with varying dimensional weight

and may result in additional freight charges. Dylan’s Candy Bar cannot be held responsible for shipping delays

caused by couriers, natural disasters, or anything else beyond our reasonable control. Title to merchandise passes

to buyer at time of shipment. Any claims for loss or damage to goods must be fi led against the carrier. All materials

should be retained for inspection by carrier. UPS or FedEx may bill Dylan’s Candy Bar for address corrections and

those charges will be invoiced to the customer if an inadequate or inaccurate address was provided.

DROP/SPLIT SHIPMENTSAdd $2.00 per location. If your order requires Dylan’s Candy Bar to ship each individual item to a different location,

addresses must be submitted in proper Microsoft Excel format using the supplied template. There will be an additional

ARTWORK

GENERAL INFORMATION

$3.00 will be added per location if not using supplied template. If your order requires we ship a bulk quantity of items

to multiple locations, this is considered a split shipment. There will be an additional $10 added per location (fi rst

location is included). Shipping charges are additional.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTSPlease inquire about international orders.

ARTWORK SPECIFICATIONSPlease be sure to identify your artwork by submitting it to [email protected]. The purchase

order number must be referenced in the subject line of the email. Artwork must be provided as vector art. Artwork

can be submitted as .EPS, .AI or .PDF fi les created in the most up to date version of Adobe Illustrator. Raster art

saved at 300 DPI or higher and actual size is also acceptable for 4-color process artwork only.

ARTWORK RECREATIONAll artwork will be sized and positioned on imprint area free of charge. Light digital re-touching may also occur.

An additional charge of $75 per hour will be added for full digital re-touching at client’s request.

TRADEMARK USAGEAll copy and other material submitted by the customer for use by Dylan’s Candy Bar in producing items ordered,

whether or not required by Dylan’s Candy Bar there with, will be accepted by the plant as being submitted in full

compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, right of privacy patent or similar

protection. The customer, by submitting such copy and material, represents that the use thereof by Dylan’s Candy Bar

will not violate any such laws in the use of the customer’s copy or other material. The customer hereby agrees to hold

Dylan’s Candy Bar harmless to any damages and/or expenses when they arise under all such laws as consequence of

Dylan’s Candy Bar’s use of said copy or other material or the operations undertaken by this agreement. M&M’s® is a
