Duties and Responsibilities of Principal/HODs/Deans/Deputy Warden:-
Principal
Government, Accounts and Establishment
Dean-Student Affairs, Estate Maintenance and Alumni association activities
Assisting Principal on Legal matters
Maintaining a ragging free campus
To ensure discipline among students inside & outside the institute.
Conduct enquiries of students indulged in indiscipline
Organizing student counseling and other related activities
Liaising with parents /guardians about the progress and problems of students in coordination with Dean (academic)
Prepare conduct and transfer certificates to the students
Maintenance of existing civil infrastructure and all other related facilities such as roads, electricity, water supply, sanitary, lawns, canteen, kiosks, CMC, security, etc.,
Renovation and repair works.
Managing Alumni association activities
Head of the Department
The Head of the Department shall be responsible for the entire working of department under supervision by the Principal.
Ensuring High academic standards and Teaching –learning process
Maintaining well equipped laboratories
Testing and Consultancy services
Curriculum development and conduct of Board of Studies as per the norms
Preparation of DPR for new programs based on societal requirements
Interaction with Industry and Society
Continuing education activity
Students counseling & interaction and monitoring of TWM
Conduct stakeholders meetings periodically at the departmental level as required by OBE.

Faculty and Staff meetings.
