The Aluminum Mat cable is screened, meaning the electrical wire is doubly insulated to withstand 4,000V. In addition, the copper wires are wrapped around a double insulated heating wire, which becomes a sensor, activating the RCD/GFCI in case of mechanical or thermal malfunctions.

The aluminum foil allows an even heat distribution across the entire floor.

The Aluminum Mat is designed for a dry, no-fuss installation under wooden flooring, and can also be installed over most existing hard floor surfaces such as tiles.

CU / SWITCH - 879

CU/SWITCH provides "HEAT ON DEMAND".- When set to low level operation (25%/33%), a basictemperature will be accumulated in the floor, the floor temperature will reach approx. 21oC - 22oC.- Once the home owner plans to use theroom/bathroom he/she can switch to a higher level such as 100%. The room temperature will quickly be elevated to the expected room temperature. The max floor temperature is set to 30oC.
