My process map 1.(the metacognition one)

Organize my own makery at home and

anywhere I have got to lead some project

Keep in touch with people to share ideas and praticing a kind of

peer review

Practice my everyday routine to make creativity and

innovation becomes a part of me

Never Stop exploring

Empathize all the time long during the

process but also before and after

Never stop learning from the others and

seek feed-back: every one can be the expert who will give me the good advice tu go on

to reach my goal

Be humble and quit the ideas which do not

work when I have been testing them

2/The process to innovate after #DTAL changes (the « action » one)

Set my imagination free and pratice creative routine

Share reflexions, ideas, withe others in a multicultural path

When you have some ideas, choose the 3 most important to prototype and test

Protyping is both a way to learn and

begin to innovate, so be focused and

carefull for this step

Testing with empathy will make you grow up in mind as in working

efficience and the work is more

enjoyable with social interaction

Do not be shy and dare to propose ideas which are « crazy »

Be reflexive but active too because quantity is the quality sister at

the end…
