NIP’s Driving License (DL) and Vehicle Registration are turnkey Solutions that include design, planning, development, procurement and implementation of the softwareand hardware at the customer’s premises.

The Driving License Card is designed with several levels of innovative security features to meet the highest

requirements of card security.

The Driving License issuing process includes the application registration, data entry, data verification, card

printing, card QA and card collection.

NIP also offers an electronic Driving License (e-DL) for its strong protection against fraud and forgery.

The e-DL combines a number of visual, physical and electronic security features that make the card harder

to copy. The microprocessor (chip), embedded in the e-DL, enables police to read the data on the card

and to verify, in a fast and reliable way, the authentication of the document and the identity of its holder.

The System captures each applicant’s photo, signature and fingerprints from electronic digital devices

and stores them in the Database. The Database is automatically updated and managed according

to the registrations of the new driving licenses.

The Vehicle Registration System links the vehicleto its owner, as well as allows other key government stakeholders, like financial authorities, police, customs, and insurance companies, to access it directly.

The Vehicle Registration software takes care of the entire registration process, verifies and archives all records and manages the registration documents. In addition, the system ensures security in terms of revenue, thanks to the automatic control of payment dates.
