PILSNER, 5% – Refreshing clean crisp medium hopped lager. TASMAN LAGER, 6.5% – Full bodied and well balanced lager. The addition of 5 hop gifts delivers flavours and aroma of citrus and passionfruit. FERN LAGER, 4% – Kiwi style golden lager is easy drinking. It has a delicate fruity aroma and a good balance of malt sweetness and bitterness. SCOTCH ALE, 6.5% – This delicious ale is brewed in the traditional Scottish Ale style, using no less than six quality malts. The result is a deep ruby coloured ale with a rich, robust flavour and notes of caramel. I.P.A, 5% – This Ale is a delicious take on an English classic. Using an English hop variety, which produces a soft woody, earthy and floral aroma in the beer. PORTER, 5% – Hints of chocolate and coffee abound in this medium bodied dark ale.
