The creative process. Everyone has their own special way of going about visually organizing their life, whether it means putting the tomato slice on a burger before the lettuce or using Helvetica over Univers.
In this petite publication, four pupils at the Pacific Northwest College of Art have offered a glimpse into just what goes on when it’s time to get the creative juices flowing for a new project.
The road to completion is rarely an easy one, and often the cost of beauty is pain.
Abigael is a mountain girl at heart, born and raised in Missoula, Montana. She currently attends the Pacific Northwest College of Art in Portland, OR, where she studies graphic design and printmaking.
ABIGAEL TRIPP
Joy hails from Sin City in the Mojave Desert. The consequential drought left her craving the rain and greenery of the Pacific Northwest and
now she finds herself attending PNCA as a Communication Design major with a love for
traditional printmaking.
