DART Rail/Tren de DART

The system consists of four lines. The Red Line links Westmoreland in West Oak Cliff north to Parker Road in Plano, the Blue Line from Ledbetter in southern Oak Cliff to Downtown Rowlett. The Green Line connects Pleasant Grove in southeastern Dallas to the far northwest suburb

of Carrollton, and the Orange Line supplements the busiest portions of the Red and Green lines and extends light rail service to DFW Airport’s Terminal A. All rail lines serve downtown Dallas.

DART Connections

. Trinity Railway Express (TRE)

This commuter train connects the downtown areas of Dallas and Fort Worth, with stops in the Mid-Cities and connections to DFW International Airport. Trains operate Monday

through Saturday. Under DART’s fare structure, a Local fare will be charged for a trip between Dallas Union Station and CentrePort/DFW Airport Station, and a Regional fare for trips extending beyond CentrePort and access to all the attractions served by the T in Fort Worth (see Pass & Ticket Prices section elsewhere in this map).

Rail is expected to be completed later this year with the completion of an M-Line extension along Olive Street through Klyde Warren park to near Pearl/Arts District Station.

DART ha aprobado un CÓDIGO DE CONDUCTA para aumentar la seguridad y la comodidad de todas las personas que viajan en vehículos de DART, hacen uso de sus instalaciones o visitan sus propiedades.

La Sección 2.02, Parte a, número 4 del CÓDIGO DE CONDUCTA prohíbe a una persona comportarse de manera conflictiva o perturbadora. Este tipo de comportamiento incluye hablar en voz muy alta, blasfemar o decir groserías, u operar sin auricular(es) cualquier aparato con sonido.

DART has adopted a CODE OF CONDUCT to enhance the safety and comfort of all persons riding DART vehicles, using its facilities or visiting its properties.

Section 2.02, part a, number 4 of the CODE OF CONDUCT prohibits a person from engaging in disruptive, disturbing behavior including: loud conversation, profanity or rude insults, or operating any electronic device used for sound without an earphone(s).

The consequences of violating this regulation may include being warned and/or ordered to leave DART property. Refusal to do so may result in the involvement of DART Police or other appropriate law enforcement agencies.

The final five-mile segment of the DART Rail Orange Line, connecting Belt Line Station and DFW Airport’s Terminal A, opened on Monday, August 18, 2014. The link between the country’s longest light rail system and its fourth-busiest airport provides more transportation options to travelers from across North Texas and around the world.

Priced at the local fare of $2.50 for a two-hour pass and $5 for a day pass, the new service offers a convenient and cost-effective way for the nearly 60,000 employees who work there.

For customers coming from Fort Worth and the mid-cities area, the Trinity Railway Express and DART bus 408 still provide viable travel options to the airport (see information elsewhere in this publication).

El segmento final de cinco millas de la Línea Naranja (Orange Line) del tren DART, que conecta la Belt Line Station y el terminal A de DFW Airport, abrió el lunes, 18 de agosto 2014. El vínculo entre el sistema de tren ligero más largo del país y el cuarto aeropuerto más concurrido del país ofrece más opciones de transporte para viajeros tanto en el norte de Texas como en todo el mundo.

. Trinity Railway Express (TRE)

This commuter train connects the downtown areas of Dallas and Fort Worth, with stops in the Mid-Cities and connections to DFW International Airport. Trains operate Monday

through Saturday. Under DART’s fare structure, a Local fare will be charged for a trip between Dallas Union Station and CentrePort/DFW Airport Station, and a Regional fare for trips extending beyond CentrePort and access to all the attractions served by the T in Fort Worth (see Pass & Ticket Prices section elsewhere in this map).

DART has adopted a CODE OF CONDUCT to enhance the safety and comfort of all persons riding DART vehicles, using its facilities or visiting its properties.

Section 2.02, part a, number 4 of the CODE OF CONDUCT prohibits a person from engaging in disruptive, disturbing behavior including: loud conversation, profanity or rude insults, or operating any electronic device used for sound without an earphone(s).

The consequences of violating this regulation may include being warned and/or ordered to leave DART property. Refusal to do so may result in the involvement of DART Police or other appropriate law enforcement agencies.

The final five-mile segment of the DART Rail Orange Line, connecting Belt Line Station and DFW Airport’s Terminal A, opened on Monday, August 18, 2014. The link between the country’s longest light rail system and its fourth-busiest airport provides more transportation options to travelers from across North Texas and around the world.

Priced at the local fare of $2.50 for a two-hour pass and $5 for a day pass, the new service offers a convenient and cost-effective way for the nearly 60,000 employees who work there.

For customers coming from Fort Worth and the mid-cities area, the Trinity Railway Express and DART bus 408 still provide viable travel options to the airport (see information elsewhere in this publication).
