WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF A MISSION STATEMENT
Inform customers of the company's goals, objectives and vision of the organization
This document can be adjusted at any time by the company
It is usually displayed at a strategic location visible for its employees and customers

These manuals contain the policies that are used to govern the institution’s procedures
Procedures are the steps to carry out the functions of the business

LEGAL RIGHTS OF THE EMPLOYEES
Resignation by employee:employer should be given a notice period of
two weeks or as agreed in the employment contract
Redundancy by employer:employee should be given a notice of 4 weeks
(or pay in lieu of!!!)

It is important to know and observe the lines of communication within your working environment so that when problems arise you do not side step your supervisor or team leader
