To run for Board of Directors or Trustee◦ Must be a lot owner or have signed proxy from homeowner
◦ Must have current and paid in full - all HOA fees on all properties
◦ BoD AND Trustees - Must be willing to attend monthly meetings and pay HOA fees on time.
o Fail to attend 3 consecutive meetings or otherwise fails to perform duties – he/she will be offered a hearing and then office can be declared vacant by the President
o Delinquent Board members or Trustees will be asked to resign.
Board member or Trustee will not receive any compensation for service.
