WATER SAFETYAWARENESSLESSONSIn honor of Water Safety Awareness Month, the YMCAwill be holding special swim lessons for youth andadults.This one hour break out session will teach participantslifesaving skills & the basics of water acclimation,breathing techniques, floats, glides, as well asintroduction to front crawl and elementary backstroke.
