An action verb is Transitive when the action is directed from the subject (audience) to the object of the verb (music).
The Object comes after the verb- tells who or what receives the action.

Linking verbs show a state of being. Instead of
expressing action, it shows that something exists.
Ex. The band will feel exhausted after playing for three hours.

A linking verb (feel) links the subject (band) to a word in the predicate (exhausted).
