SPANISH RELIEFMeseta (PLATEAU) covers a lot of the peninsula's interior. It's divided into 2
regions by the Sistema Central (Mountain ranges: Gredos (Almanzor mountain) y
Guadarrama (Peñalara mountain)): Submeseta norte and Submeseta sur.
The Montes de Toledo are in the southern region between Tajo and Guadiana.
