AIMS OF THE SESSION• To be able to identify development stages
of your players

PLAYER DEVELOPMENT MODEL
• Playing and coaching pathway by which rugby league is introduced to young players
• Done in incremental stages
• Structured to accommodate the changing developmental abilities of children as they mature
• Provide a researched based planning aid for coaches and administrators

Planning to deliver your first session
• Coaches pair up with the person who has been allocated the same topic. You will each be delivering for 20 minutes to half of the group. Followed by a group review
