Impact of pamphlets in travellers' decision-making process
In 2014, the Transat Chair in Tourism1 and the International Association of Professional Brochure Distributors2 conducted new studies within Quebec and internationally on the inuence of the media on tourist behaviour.
According to these studies, the Internet is the rst source of information when planning a trip. However, once on site, pamphlets have the most inuence on tourists.
