TIME ON MARKET (WEEKS)
There are always a pool of potential homebuyers in the market. Each at a different stage
of their decision process. The typical amount of time buyers actively view homes before
purchasing is 2 months, with new home buyers beginning their search every week. The
largest pool of ready buyers will view your home in the first 3 weeks. After that initial
pool has passed, only those new buyers will be viewing your home.

Some buyers have made all the comparisons they need to judge current market values,
while others are still forming their opinions. As soon as your home comes on the market
this pool of buyers see your property. Depending on how well your property is priced,
will decide whether your home sells, or if it sells someone else's.
