EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Bay has two schools that require a new turnaround plan:
Cedar Grove Elementary School
Oakland Terrace School For The Visual And Performing Arts
Supporting Documentation Included: School Data Profiles. TOP Addendums (where
relevant) and 2016-17 Turnaround Option Plans (under separate cover).
