Each of the issues can be given priority and category. It simplifies database management applications, for example incidents, theft. Statuses applications (eg. undertaken, closed), statistics and reports allow to summarize and examine the efficiency of service.
Thanks to the comments users can exchange comments on the specific case. All information is appended to the application with time stamps.
