PERSONAL STATEMENT

I was blessed to grow up in a home with a Mom and Dad who loved God and one another and

who taught us Biblical values. I heard the Gospel at church and received Christ as my Savior at

the age of 6. During my teen years I continued to grow in the Lord through his Word and

Biblical discipleship. It was then, that I surrendered to the call of the ministry. After completing

college, I pursued a youth-based evangelistic organization. My vision has always been to see

revival in North America.

As I began my ministry, I fell in love and married Ellen who also has a passion for discipleship

and revival, and touches the lives of many ladies through speaking and personal discipleship.

We have been married for 31 years and love our life together! We have 3 grown children and 2

grandchildren.

We have been blessed to be part of the same ministry doing a variety of roles for 34 years and

God has allowed us to see incredible fruit for His glory. Why are we pursuing something new?

While we are very thankful for our past ministry, we believe that God is moving us to serve Him

in a new direction.

Personally trained over 100 churches in putting together a discipleship program for their youth ministry.

Personally coached Pastors throughout the country on Biblically based discipleship ministries.

Authored a 3 hour discipleship course taught at conferences.

Personally discipled a number of men. Speaking Communicating Biblical truth through exposition, teaching and creative methods for the understanding of the Word, application and revival.

Passion:

Preaching the Word of God for life change

Effectively sharing the Word of God in a dynamic and enthusiastic way Practice:

Preaches in churches from small to large throughout the US and other countries.

Preaches at evangelistic events, revivals, colleges and other unique settings.

Preaches at citywide events with up to 3,000 students present. Administration Disciplined organizational skills.

Passion:

Loves to take a challenge and overome it by teamwork and the development of a system to accomplish a goal

Organizes, charts and systemizes ministries and personal life for greater efficiency and effectiveness

Knowledge that no one person has all the great ideas and seeks to grow a cohesive team and strategy that will accomplish the best plans

Practice:

In college setting, put together a strategic plan and worked through the accrediting process.

Throughout the years in different settings, was given a ministry in need and created a team and strategy to bring the ministry back to health.

Handled budgets of up to $6 million dollars for two different ministries.

Led a missions agency of over 100 missionaries.

Trained missonaries throughout the world.

Created numerous 4 week teaching series for youth.
