Failure of trial
• Armature die trial done on machine 630T.• As we started trial casting stuck up in fix side.• After so many trial of shots, we didn't get succeed.
Every time casting stuck up in fix side.• Different kind of parameters we have trial's.• We have use oil & die lube on sticky area. But didn't
succeed.

• Casting stuck-up in fix side, near gate area.

Sp. Gravity Measurement
For ADC-12 Sp. Gravity 2.75gm/mm^3
For ADC-7Sp. Gravity 2.65 gm/mm^3
Analysis•Sp. Gravity does matter in flow of metal in cavity through gate. How it does matter I will explain & prove through a simple calculation.•If I have to design gate for ADC-12 casting normally I consider Sp gravity 2.6-2.7, then

Improvement• As we analyze this casting need large gate to fill as compare to present gate.• As we study that ADC-7 material Sp. Gravity < Sp. Gravity, so let’s try to understand
what it means.
