KEY INVESTMENT HIGHLIGHTS

Pan American Fertilizer (CNSX : PAF) is a Canadian Company, with operations in Argentina, dedicated to the extraction of Fertilizer for the South American market, which so desperately needs it. Currently, we’re focused on a specific type of Fertilizer called Calcium Sulphate (also referred to as “Agricultural Gypsum”). To ensure long term supply and increase shareholder value, we plan to explore for additional Calcium Sulphate deposits and acquire other Fertilizer related assets with production potential.

Our operation is currently extracting Calcium Sulphate and isstrategicallylocatednearthewell-known“NucleusAgriculturalZones”ofSouthAmericawherethemajorityofthecontinentsimportantanddynamicagribusinessactivityislocated.Product quality, exceptional service and social/environmentalresponsibilityfactorsarethekeydriverstooursuccess.Wearestrongadvocates for the use of Calcium Sulphate in the process of soilmaintenanceandrecovery.Werecognize itsuseasafundamentalpillar in the solution to humanity’s challenge of balancing foodproductionwithenvironmentalsustainability.

What is Calcium Sulphate?Agriculturalsoilconditioningand/orrecoveryusingcalciumsulphatehas been successfully demonstrated throughout LatinAmericaandthe world. Calcium sulphate is an essential mineral that makes itpossible to revitalizeusedagricultural soilsand restore the soil to fullusefulpotential.Thisenableslandownerstoimproveproduction,whilehelpingpreventthecurrentandharmfulexpansionoftheagriculturalfrontier.Highlysoluble,calciumsulphateaddsmuchneededcalciumtoovercultivatedfarmland,extendingtheuseful lifeofthelandindefinitely. This process results in a reduced need for deforestation as existingfarmlandiscontinuedtobeavailableforgrowing.Farming which has the greatest negative impact on soils, is in theproductionof: Soybean, Corn, Tobacco, and Sugar-cane.
