Comment #3: Has a vast amount of knowledge regarding current research and accepted guidelines regarding patient
managment protocol and therefore encouraged us to read more current advances when possible. As well, very organised
in managing residents and patients in making the ICU experience efficient and not tiring.
Comment #4: Outstanding attending. very approachable, encourages learning and goes the extra mile for the patients.
Comment #5: Dr. O'Donnell is great with regards to enforcing evidence based medicine in his daily rounds routine, his
manner of rounding and citing articles stimulates learning and reading; also aside from having good clinical skills he is
always questioning and encouraging possible research with a broad knowledge of how to interpret and apply medical

Comment #1: I liked that Dr. Odonnell made an effort to see all the sick patients with the triage resident. He also is very
directed and effective in terms of prioritization and the role of the triage team

• Practice or Public Health Activities
- ICU and critical care services attending 12 weeks per year since 2014 - Inpatient Pulmonary consult 2.25 weeks per year - Special procedures delineated on practice form include inter alia bronchoscopy, emergent
intubation, chest tube placement, central venous catheter placement, interpreting chest radiography, thoracic and critical care ultrasound and pulmonary function tests.
