DSR report to be checked every hour by Front Office and escalate
Alarm missing issues promptly. For any help required on the same,
shifthead to contact Operations Support.

1. Exact RCA unknown due to delay in escalation of issue.
2. Operations Support had restarted CORBA plugin at TTI end toresolve issue as process had hanged.
3. Connectivity issue is suspected for process hang.
4. CORBA interface does not reconnect automatically if there is any
connectivity issue. Manual restart is required.
1. Shifthead to escalate Alarm missing case directly to Operations
Support as well as Server Support.
2. Operations Support and Server Support to work parallely to resolve
issue.
2.a. Operations Support to restart CORBA plugin on receiving
escalation and check if issue is resolved.
2.b. Server Support in the meantime to troubleshoot M2000 as perMOP provided.
3. Shifthead to escalate issue to RDN and confirm whether there is
any issue with DCN network.
