EXPERIENCE AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS
United States Air Force, August 2011 – August 2016
Operations Manager
Selected by department manager to oversee a team of 7-10 members to produce intelligence
reports on high-interest targets. Used by-example leadership and ensured our numerous customers
around the world were satisfied.
Improvised and revised collection and reporting methods made necessary by difficult changes in
our mission objectives to ensure our priorities were accomplished. Customer interests were met
and customer network expanded 20%.
Utilized predictive analysis to assign and disseminate key tasks to appropriate team members in
order to maintain the most efficient use of manpower and perform the duties required of us by our
customers.
Training
Performed hands-on and on-the-job training to four peers, all of which received an excellent
rating, increasing position manpower by 30%.
Identified inadequacies in training and assisted in updating the training curriculum with the
removal of irrelevant tasks and the addition of newer tasks. Ensured new operators were able to
be immediately integrated into the mission and saving the unit 2 weeks per student in further
training.
Provided mentoring to team members to ensure continued professional growth and allow eventual
movement into higher-level positions, allowing for a team better prepared for difficult situations
and improving our teamwork.
Russian Cryptologic Language Analyst
Identify, forward information, translate, and summarize communications, incorporating and

satisfy and exceed expectations of our customers.
Performed front-line, time-sensitive threat warning for US and foreign allied partner assets by
using time-sensitive analysis of collection material and received frequent feedback and
appreciation from our customers.

Entrusted with heightened responsibilities due demonstrated dependability and aptitude. Oversaw
preparation of ingredients and equipment for daily usage, ensured health and safety standards,
and produced in-person and over-the-phone orders to keep customer satisfaction high.
