Leadership change expert and author Carlann Fergusson inspires audiences to create lasting change. Using her unique mix of expertise in executive leadership, change management and behavioral psychology, she prepares her audiences to lead others and themselves through the desired transformation. Carlann led award winning global and national teams for Intel, Visteon, Meijer, Press Ganey Florida Power and the US Government. Her roles included overseeing organizational and talent development, strategic planning, corporate communications and manufacturing. Her graduate degree is in Industrial‐Organizational Psychology. As the owner of Propel Forward LLC, she provides consulting and executive coaching to leaders across all industries. Carlann also gets the pleasure of influencing future executives as an adjunct instructor for Northwestern University’s Leadership Program. Carlann is the author of the highly acclaimed book The Insightful Leader: Find Your Superpowers, Crush Limiting Beliefs and Abolish Self‐Sabotaging Behaviors (Praeger, June 2018). The book received endorsements from Marshall Goldmith, New York Times #1 Best‐Selling Author as well as from Jack Stahl, former CEO of Revlon and former President of The Coca‐Cola Company. Carlann has been a featured guest on ABC News Radio, Wharton Business Radio and has been cited in CBS MoneyWatch, International Business Times, Newsday and Workday.
