Prologue Institution building is an arduous task. An institution is an immortal concept. An institution is always greater than an individual. A budding idea that pines in the mind and heart of an
individual/individuals that becomes a mass movement with the peoples’ participation and involvement to take care of the peoples’ welfare.
Institution evolve and institution grow with the passage of time.
At the initial stage we take care of the institution. Later, it takes care of the people.
In due course of time an institution develops its own culture and ethos.
It is like a mother for its employees and the stakeholder.

Mission Punch line or the mission statement
constitutes the aim/purpose of an institution.
It is the soul of the institution. It is a noble cause based upon lofty
ideals. Mission statement given in pithy
terms/sentence. E.g.,

Vision Mental picture, image, visualization. Clarity in vision is important to avoid
mess in the development of the institution.
To develop an institution as a centre of excellence.
It is having a clear picture of the institution at the initial stage, after 5 years, 10 years or so on so forth.
We visualize the growth of the institution.
